Discuss this program

The five-phase development roadmap

Didar starts with rice, using local distribution to establish its brand and supply chain. Expansion is planned in stages, with each stage proving the model before the next begins.

  1. Launch locally

Source rice from factories, establish Didar's identity, and distribute at affordable community prices.

  2. Build national distribution

Expand throughout Pakistan through retail relationships and local employment.

  3. Enter export markets

Develop premium overseas positioning for the US, UK, and diaspora communities; the broader vision also includes Canada.

  4. Broaden the product range

Add cooking oil, lentils, flour, and other staples to diversify sales under the same brand.

  5. Integrate with farmers

Source directly from farming partners to improve field-to-shelf quality control, margins, and agricultural livelihoods.

Community Impact

Jobs, Food, and Dignity

Women's Employment

Local women engaged throughout labor and distribution — creating income, independence, and purpose at the grassroots level.

Affordable Food Access

Community pricing at the core ensures quality staple foods remain accessible to the families that need them most.

Farmer Partnerships

Direct farmer sourcing creates better income for agricultural families who are often among the most economically vulnerable.

Diaspora Connection

Exporting to diaspora markets creates an economic bridge — connecting communities abroad with Pakistani producers.

Investor Opportunity

Early Stake. Growing Brand.

How Investment Works

Early investors gain exposure to a brand with strong local market demand and significant export potential. Returns grow as the brand scales from local distribution to national retail to international markets.
